Do you fly for Real? Yes, occasionally. PPL. PA28, PA38

Aircraft
External View: (How does it look? Quality, realism, general feel, etc): Very high quality textures with no bleedthrough . No moving parts but that is a minor detail.
Sounds (default or custom): Excellent custom sounds by our friend, Mike Hambly
Panel Functionality (unless default used) (in %):96%
Ground Handling (Aircraft):Excellent - easy & sharp turn ability, good effective braking, good accelleration on full power.
Where Tested: Chicago Ohare to London Heathrow, with middle boring bit skipped.
Landing Characteristics & Speed on final approach: Excellent. 185-190kts approach, fine, realistic flare & touchdown.
Takeoff Characteristics & approx Speed: Takeoff at 180kts. Climb out at over 200kts. Nice power to accellerate & good climb rate
Other Remarks:. This is a very satisfactory 747 to fly. Great care has been taken in creating this aircraft. Yannic is indeed a master plane maker. The textures, the flight dynamics & especially the panel all make a superb 747 flight. The panel includes real CRT & Alain Capt's GPS gauge making navigation a snip.
As with all 747's, pre planning is a necessity. A long, planned approach is required if you want a good landing.
Mike Hambly's sounds, being recorded from real 747, give that realistic feel. Yannic's brilliant panel adds the final touch in what is about as good as you get for a FS98 jumbo.
