Bristol Fighter Mk.1 or 'Biff' as it was called by it's crews
                  in WW1 Pt2. .
This file is part 2 of a 4 part download. Aircraft included
in this file include 4 examples of the Bristol Fighter Mk.1
with long diagonal exhausts and 2 blade propellor. Aircraft
depicted include E2601, F4306, E2529 and F4337. This file requires
the prior successful installation of part 1 to function (F2BX1pt1.zip).
The remaining 2 downloads are optional variants. This aircraft
was modeled using 3DS Max 8.0 and compiled using FSX SDK tools
and will only work in FSX or higher. It is NOT compatable with
FS2004. The aircraft makes full use of FSX materials and also
features skinned animated crew members in the external model.
It also features a detailed virtual cockpit. All instruments,
levers and selectors are modeled in the 3D model. It does not
use the FSX gauge system and there is NO 2D cockpit. By Robert

FS2004 Hispano HA-1112-M1L Buchon The history of the Spanish
built Me-109s and the Hispano Aviacion HA-112-MIL “Buchon”,
began in 1936 when the aircraft came into use in the Spanish
Civil War. In 1953 there appeared a RR Merlin engined variant.
This version, designated HA-1109-M1L, was named Buchon. The
HA1112-M1L saw most of its “combat” in the 1970
film, The Battle of Britain that recreated the fierce air battles
of 30 years before. After the filming, many Buchon were restored
by warbird enthousiast and repainted in the markings of WW2
                  BF109s. By A.F.Scrub. 8.4MB |

Updates for David Copley's P-38 Lightnings
                  (example here
or search David Copley). David has released several versions
of his beautiful Lightning for FS2004. All of them except for
the Feb 2005 P-38L model (which has been updated anyway and
the update is OK) convert perfectly for FSX and all models fly
superbly well in FSX, just as they do in FS9. However, with
all of them there is a problem with gauges and it was also found
that changes have to be made to the normalized_starter_torque
figures originally used by David in order to get the engines
to spin fast enough to actually start in FSX. This update deals
with these issues and also provides thumbnails for the texture
folders, making the aircraft fully compatible with FSX. Roger

                  Waco CG-4 "Hadrian"
This model flies equally well in both FS2004 and FS.X as a stand
alone glider. It has the usual animations plus opening nose
section and spoilers. It is towable in FS.X. The readme contains
