Overview

Thank you for downloading my new version of the DHC8-300 series. It is the first step from me building an regional airliner for FS98. Version 2.0mp features a more realistic texture on the fuselage, landing lights, tail light and animated gear and spoilers. This is Version 2.0mp. A Version 3.0 is planned featuring AF99 circle, landing lights, tail light and the maximum moving parts.
Below you will find a screenshot of the Rheintalflug DHC8-311.

History

The DHC8 Dash 8 program was launched in 1983. Main features of the Dash 8 were the high cruising speed for a prop aircraft of 525 km/h and a comfortable cabin. This program was enhanced by offering different versions of the Dash 8: the DHC-8-100, DHC-8-300, DHC-8-300Q, DHC-8-400Q.
Rheintalflug operates a total number of 4 aircraft of the DHC-8 family. They are used for their regional routes within Austria and near destinations in the neighbour countries of Austria. One aircraft, the DHC-8-311Q OE-LSA, is painted in the TEAM LUFTHANSA livery.

Installation for FS98

For both FlightSimulator version, please delete all previous version of this aircraft!!!

1. Be sure that Microsoft Flight Shop Converter 98 and all FS98 Patches are already installed on your system.
2. Create a sub-folder in your FS98\AIRCRAFT directory called "WGDHC83".
3. Unzip the WGD83A2M.ZIP archiv to the new directory.
4. All subdirectories needed will be created automatically.
