To use our aircraft, it is understood
that you will comply and follow our regulations of using our aircraft
packages.
--- - Before releasing an aircraft package, we do many anti-virus program checks to ensure that no lurking viruses or bugs can harm your computer; this method is enforced strictly but shall any bugs or viruses occur in a FREEWARE aircraft package, we are not liable or responsible for the bugs and viruses. For payware aircraft packages, please apprise us of any bugs, or problems with your product. Since the payware aircraft packages can only be downloaded from this website, any chances of bugs or viruses are at its minimal. - If you would like to paint one of our aircraft in another livery that we have not painted, please do so at your own will. Be aware that often, our paint liveries are released slowly so please take time and ask us if we plan to do a livery. We would not want double paints of the same livery, as time would be spent extravagantly for you and our painters. If you would like to use a livery or aircraft for your Virtual Airline or a similar association, you must ask us for permission first. - ANYTHING of Project SkyWorks's property must not be included in any freeware or commercial package. - If you are doing another livery, our original readme and (AIRCRAFT NAME).doc must be included. The (AIRCRAFT NAME).doc is the document in which the aircraft is briefly discussed about and introduced, an example would be the Boeing 717.doc or the Canadair CRJ-700.doc. - Modifying anything of any property that we own and create is severly and stringently PROHIBITED and FORBIDDEN.
